Operation and maintenance guide for impact crusher: from precautions to particle size adjustment
Precautions for operating a counterattack crusher:
1. During the operation of the counterattack crusher, the feeding should be uniform and not segregated, otherwise problems such as reduced production capacity, excessive mechanical particle size, frequent spring action, and increased power consumption may occur.
2. Lubricating grease should be injected regularly and should not be too dirty. Being too dirty can accelerate the wear of bearings and even cause them to lock up.
3. During the air freight test run, it is required that the machine runs smoothly without any abnormal vibration or noise.
4. The feeding should not be too sticky, and the fine particles should not be too many or too large, otherwise it will cause stuffiness. The crushing ratio distribution in the production line should be correct, so as to maximize the efficiency of the counterattack crusher.
5. Feeding can only be done after the counterattack crusher is running normally, and the feeding should be uniform; Before stopping the machine, the feeding must be stopped first; Stop the motor after the materials inside the machine have been crushed.
6. According to the specific situation on site, protective equipment should be installed on the V-belt before operation. Repair and cleaning work cannot be carried out during the operation of the counterattack crusher, and it is strictly prohibited to open various small doors. The machine should rotate in a fixed direction and should not rotate in the opposite direction.
7. If any abnormal phenomenon is found during the operation of the counterattack crusher, it should be stopped immediately for inspection and troubleshooting. The workplace must not pile up miscellaneous items and must have sufficient light and lighting equipment.
8. When checking the running direction of the rotor, the running direction of the pulley can be observed. When the pulley is normal, it runs in a clockwise direction; If the counterattack crusher is installed on the other side and the pulley rotates counterclockwise, the motor wiring should be adjusted if not.
9. The sealing of the bearing seat should be checked regularly, and the lubricating grease inside the bearing seat should be added every 3-5 days.
10. When checking whether the fasteners are loose, it is important to focus on checking the pressure plate screws on both sides of the rotor to prevent the pressure plate from loosening and exposing the rotor body at both ends of the plate hammer, which could collide with the body and damage the components.
11. To ensure the safety of operators and equipment, repair, adjustment, and cleaning work are prohibited during machine operation, and opening various small doors is also prohibited. When the particle size of the crushed product is too large, the machine should be stopped to check the wear of the plate hammer to prevent the rotor from being worn out. When the plate hammer needs to be adjusted 180 ° due to wear and tear and reused, the weight of each plate hammer should be equal and balanced to prevent vibration after the machine is started.
12. After each use, promptly clean the residual materials in the crushing chamber, especially small particles and dust, to ensure that there is no blockage or adhesion inside the equipment. Regularly lubricate the rotating and sliding contact surfaces to prevent wear and tear. In addition, regular inspections should be conducted on key areas, and any abnormalities should be promptly addressed.
13. Detailed records of equipment operation status, maintenance history, etc., including operating time, temperature, vibration situation, lubricant replacement cycle, etc., provide reference for subsequent maintenance and upkeep. If there is any malfunction or abnormal situation, report and record it in a timely manner for professional personnel to repair and troubleshoot. At the same time, maintain good communication with maintenance personnel to understand the current condition and potential problem points of the equipment.
