How to maintain mixing plant equipment and precautions

In order to ensure the normal operation of the mechanical equipment in the mixing plant, maintenance and regular inspections are necessary. Below, we will explain the inspection and maintenance work of the mixing plant. Mixing plant equipment

1. Inspection work before using the mixing plant

Firstly, check the self-protection device of the air compressor in the mixing plant, whether the air pressure is stable, whether the water pump intake is sufficient, and whether the pipeline is unobstructed; Check whether the doors of the silo hopper, cement hopper, intermediate aggregate hopper, and discharge hopper are closed flexibly and reliably, and whether the connecting bolts of the mixing host blades are firm; Check whether each electrical device is safe and reliable, and whether each limit switch action switch is flexible and reliable; Check if there is sufficient lubricating oil at each lubrication point and gearbox.

2. Cleaning work after each use

Clean up the accumulated materials inside and outside the concrete mixer, as well as on the material door, and rinse them clean; Add lubricant to each lubrication point, especially at the shaft end seal, and do not miss it; During winter, the liquid in the waterway should be drained; Drain the gas and accumulated water from the air compressor reservoir; After shutdown, all switches are in a non working state and the power is cut off.

3. Weekly inspection and maintenance

Check the setting of residual concrete in the mixing tank. If there is any setting, stop the machine and remove it (pay attention to cutting off the power and assign a dedicated person to monitor). Check the gap between the mixing blades and the lining plate, and adjust it if it is not suitable; Check if there is any air leakage in the pneumatic system and if the cylinder operation is reliable; Check the quality and liquid level of the lubricating oil in the gearbox, and add or replace it if necessary; Check if the suction bottom valve in the water supply system is reliable; Check for any damage to electrical components, repair or replace as necessary, and inspect for loose wiring; Unscrew the blockage and check the sealing condition of the shaft end. If there are no abnormalities, then screw in the blockage.

4. Monthly inspection and maintenance

Check the tension of the mixing plant belt and make appropriate adjustments; Check the wear of the blades and lining plates; Check whether the connecting bolts of the upper and lower frames, material bin, large inclined belt conveyor and other components are firm, and whether the foundation has sunk; Check for lumps and debris in the concrete mixing plant equipment and screw conveyor, and remove them if found.

5. Annual inspection and maintenance of the mixing plant

In addition to weekly and monthly inspections, other components of the concrete mixing plant equipment should also be inspected, repaired, and replaced after one year of operation.

How to maintain a concrete mixing plant

1. Clean the dust inside and outside the mixing drum, discharge door, and hopper of the mixer, and rinse them clean with water.

2. The hopper should be parked in the transport position and the bucket locking pin should be securely fastened. There should be no storage inside the hopper.

3. Cut off the power and lock the electrical control box.

4. Thick oil must be added to the sealing area of the main shaft, and necessary lubricating oil should be added to each lubrication point as appropriate

5. The large storage water in the water supply system should be drained completely.
