Product Overview

The clay brick machine is primarily designed to process raw materials such as clay, shale, coal gangue, fly ash, and river silt into standard brick blanks through vacuum extrusion and high-pressure molding. It is widely suitable for the large-scale production of building materials such as sintered standard bricks, hollow bricks, and perforated bricks. It is the preferred equipment for the upgrading of traditional brick and tile factories and for new building material projects.

Equipped with a **-0.08~-0.095MPa vacuum system, it thoroughly removes air bubbles from the clay material, resulting in a high-density, crack-free, and deformation-resistant body. After sintering, its compressive strength can reach MU15-MU25, far exceeding that of ordinary unburned bricks.

One machine serves multiple purposes, adapting to various raw materials and brick shapes

It can process various raw materials such as high-plasticity clay, barren shale, and coal gangue. By simply changing the molds, it can produce standard bricks, hollow bricks, perforated bricks, paving bricks, and grass-planting bricks, suitable for multiple scenarios in construction, municipal administration, and landscaping.

All-steel structure, sturdy and durable, with a long service life

The entire machine is constructed with thick steel plates welded together, featuring a stable structure with four beams and four columns. Wear-prone parts such as the cutter and mud cylinder are treated with wear-resistant alloy spray welding technology, ensuring resistance to wear and corrosion, low failure rate during continuous operation, and low maintenance costs.

Intelligent automation, labor-saving, high efficiency, and large production capacity

Equipped with a PLC intelligent control system, it achieves full automation of the entire process from feeding, mixing, extrusion, slitting to cutting, with one-button start/stop, fault self-inspection, and automatic counting; the production capacity per shift (8 hours) is 8,000-15,000 standard bricks, significantly reducing reliance on manual labor.

Energy-saving, low consumption, green and environmentally friendly, compliant

Utilizing a hardened gear reducer paired with an energy-saving motor, the system boasts high transmission efficiency and low energy consumption. The production process is characterized by low noise and dustlessness, with a high utilization rate of solid waste, aligning with environmental protection policies and facilitating the production of green building materials.
